Tools and Resources

Below you will find links and user guides to help get you started with four of the main features of the Club Matters website. Visit our About page for an introduction to Club Matters and an overview of the support we provide.


On the website we have Online modules, templates and toolkits. This includes an A-Z resource library providing you with what you need to run a healthy sports club.


Face to face workshops are short training sessions delivered across the country by experts in a range of specific areas. The sessions will develop your skills, improve your knowledge and ultimately help you develop your club.


As well as providing insight into your club, the Club Improvement Tool will produce a club improvement plan and signpost you to recommended resources to help you develop your club.


Clubmark is Sport England’s universally acknowledged cross sport accreditation scheme for community sports clubs.


At the bottom of each page you will see three boxes directing you to other helpful support, guidance and resources. 

Under Explore you can access other pages, workshops or online modules on the Club Matters website which you might find useful.

Under Discover you'll find links to other websites with information relating to the topic.

Downloads contains toolkits and templates. You will first need to register and log-in to Club Matters to access these resources.
